Manchester: 2 Bedroom apartment (722 sq ft) starting at $925- $1025 

Manchester with Den: 2 Bedroom apartment w/den (851 sq ft) starting at $935-$1,050

Philadelphia: 2 Bedroom 1.5 bath Townhome (930 sq ft) starting at $1,050- $1,120 

Hampton: 2 Bedroom 1.5 bath Townhome (1022 sq ft) starting at $1,150- $1,250

Manhattan: 3 Bedroom 1.5 bath Townhome (1337 sq ft) starting at $1,450- $1,550 

We allow both cats and dogs.

- Electric is individually metered

- Water fee is a low flat monthly rate of $55-$75 based on floorplan. 

- Gas & Sewer & Trash are paid by owner 

-Application fee is only $35 per person. Everyone over the age of 18 must apply

-Deposit is equal to 1-2 month’s rent with approved credit

On-site maintenance staff will assist with repair needs during business hours. We also have an after-hours call center to assist with any unexpected maintenance emergencies. In Addition, there is a convenient app to notify us of any issues that arise in your apartment.
